When on the main screen in the MPC2000 you can go to a screen where it has the tracks laid out and what pads you can hit to mute the tracks. So if you wanted to drop the drums before the chorus starts etc. It's called the track mute screen.
But! After I made the song in song mode. You can't access that screen in the song mode menu. So I tried to convert the song to a sequence and it only converted the first sequence in the song. I dod that so I can play the song from the main screen and punc in/out certain tracks.
How can I get the song I construcetd to play and still be able to access the track mute screen.

When you converted the song to a sequence, the result should have been one sequence that was the total length of all the sequences and their number of repetitions that make up your song. If you have your drums on their own track, you should be able to do what you speak of with the newly created sequence. There's no reason I can think of off the top that when you converted the song to a sequence that only the first sequence in your song appears in the new (song) sequence.
