daisy chaining urgent help!

ok im still stuck on this topic where i want to daisy chain two firestudios i check around today and there was a type in the manual according to the admin of the presonus forums. the admin said it would be updated in think around summer of 2007 still no update... . What are my options for expanding my firestudio ins/outs if you say digimax/adat expander please explain in depth wtf these are tweak of tweakheadz said you can use a behringer ad400 something to expand using adat how the hell do i connect an adat? what is that!?!

I struggled with this when I had a firestudio, I never figured it out. I ended up with the firestudio project because I realized I dodn't need more than analog ins really and I didn't ever see myself needing more than one s/pdif in/out.

If you are using Cubase and you have two firewire ports on your computer, you don't need to daisy chain them, you select the input ports right there on cubase.


But in all seriousness, if you don't know what adat is, you might be in over your head a little bit with the firestudio. I'd recommend the MOTU MKII or something a little less complicated to save yourself the frustration.
