Try Bluebox as stated.....
Bluebox enables you to create programs out of sounds you have on your cpu. To then load into the MPC to make buildingprograms ezier...
But beyond that; I keep reading your post thinking that it is too bsic to be your true question... there is no program for transfering files into the MPC. Once the MPC is connected to your cpu correctly, your cpu will see it though it is any other external storage device. You can "copy" and "Paste" or just drag and drop...
Read the manual at least 4 times or until you have a firm grasp of how to use it...... Reading the Manual will drastically reduce your flamability..... Hope i was of some help.
