i'm doing this off memory cause i have jj. but i think when you are in the load screen hit window. and then turn autoload off.

When you're asking a question add a question mark and make it seem like your asking a question rather then demanding you want something..The mpc doesn't take your demands if you haven't noticed.And you should probably indicate which MPC you have and what Operating system your running on because things vary from mpc to mpc..I know for me on the 1000 running JJ os you press down [mode] and then pad 2 or the [load] pad.once you get to the loading screen you highlight your memory card and a new tab next to the usb button or F5 should say [a.load].once you get into the [a.load] screen you highlight your memory card and just scroll over using the data wheel to off and hit enter and your set.

didn't mean to seem like I was demanding anything, next time i'll include more info but thanks for the info, exactly what I needed.
