HELP PLEASE!! midi controller and my mpc 4000

hey peoples whats going on? i need help with routing the midi controller into the mpc 4000 and having the midi controller keys play the tuning of whatever sample is mpc. thanks

it won't automatically span the sample across the keys, you need to set that up in the mpc

you need outs and in for the MIDI.....turn local control off on the controller; read up on keygroups - you'll need it for this exercise.....
