First thing you wanna do is get your midi squared away. "midi In" of your Triton to the "midi out" on the MPC. Now you should be able to trigger sounds from your triton by hitting the pad of MPC. If you wanna trigger sounds from MPC w/ the Triton, hook up the Midi out of your Triton to Midi IN on your MPC. If this does not work its a simple routing issue that can easily be fixed in the midi section of the MPC/Triton. There is a great illustration of the Midi procedure in the manual. The manual can be daunting some times I know and this is what the forum is for but for future reference this specific topic has been posted a million times, this exact question in fact. So, you could do a forum search as well, I usually do a search first to see if there is any pertinent information on my specif topic. In your case, lucky you, there is a ton. So feel free to check it out. Let me know if you need any additional help bro, ohh and welcome to the forum. peace brother
