Mpc1000 connect with Alesis Photon

Hi,

I need your help.It don´t wanne work.
I tried to connect my Mpc1000 with the Alesis Photon25 via Midi

Photon Midi out
Mpc1000 Midi in

What must I do?

what are you trying to do?

is the photon a MIDI controller?

if so, it won't automatically play - you have to assign samples first.

and the default MIDI mapping for the MPC is not in chromatic order, so that could be creating
problems as well.


if none of that makes sense, go read up on MIDI -- there's LOTS to learn!
