loading mpc memory card

aight...so i just got an mpc 500 and it came with a memory card full of samples and im tryin to load them. i followed the directions in the manual and got to the load page, and i think ive loaded them 20 different ways already, but HOW THE **** TO I ACCESS THEM...once, they're loaded, or the thing says they're loaded, i go back to the sequence page, and either all the stuff there is gone, or there's nothing new...im pretty sure ive loaded the stuff, but i don't know where ive loaded it to.

If it's like the 1000, which I'm quite sure it is, you have to make a program. This tells the MPC which
sound to play when you push a certain pad. Keep reading that manual. Look up Programs.
