new to this!/how to record from mpc1000 to pc

very new to the mpc world and was trying to get my mpc1000 to record into my pc(reason,cubase le,sony acid pro6, using tascam 122l interface)cant seem ta get any of them to interact with my mpc. any help will be greatly appreciated!! thanx in advance!!

i hooked my 1k up to fl studio using a midi to usb cable(m-audio), plugged it into the A slot and 1 slot on the back of the mpc, plugged the usb into the comp, mode pad 9 and go from there...

hey roca, all u needed was the cable and a DAW for that? im thinkin about trying that out for myself before i get an mbox or something.
