Need Simple Advice

Okay I got 2 questions...
Is this keyboard any good/worth buying because I can purchase one brand new in downtown LA for $200.

And is a USB audio interface alot better than a sound card??? Or do they sound the same?

I noticed that the MicroKorg had alot of great features for the price so I looked into...

Oh and I lied... I have to pay $250 for it... Still a great price though.
