Can someone help me to assign samples from my keyboard to my pads on my mpc 1000. Much appreciated..
I don't know what you exactly mean, but if I'm right you've sampled yo ish in a keyboard/sampling kind of workstation?
Then it's a long midi story. You have to use your mp as a midi controler. Midi cable in the mp'c midi out, other end of the cable in keyboards midi in. Use the sync function of the mp to connect. I don't know ur keyboards settings, so check ur keyboards manual about using midi and setting the channels.
In your mpc, in the sync menu turn the pad to sampler function off. For as far as I know this must be it.
Check the manual and other posts if you still can't figure it out.
