Converting Vinyl to mp3

Hey whats the best way to convert my vinyl to an mp3 I can put in Itunes. Currently I am looking at Roxio CD Spin Doctor, or of those Ion Turntables but I just started looking. The biggest thing I want it to do is do as much of the work for me as possible, like automatically filtering out separate tracks. Any recommendations?

all i do is run my regular turntable into my digi 002 and record into pro tools. you can do the same with any interface and software that records, like audacity. i used to do it with a presonus firebox and fl studio 6 or 7.
