Yeah man, who can get some good housing with very little paper, compared to a few years ago.

Marijuina laws in the D are pretty weak in general, unless you holding a bit stash.

move downriver, its less than 10 minutes from downtown (depending on what exact city your in) and the area is great

For 45 grand, you can buy yourself a mini mansion on Chicago age, or Victoria park. I used to live in teh New Center area which was about 4 miles from downtown, if that. All these houses are about 3000-6000sqft historic homes. My last tennant bought a home in Victoria park with 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4300sqft for less than $30,000.
Also, Street Corner Music is a really nice spot. A lot of record stores are closing in this area though.
