Funky drummer

Hey are there multiple versions of James Brown the funky drummer. I got the original 45 that has part 1 on one side and part 2 on the other but the drum break fades out pretty quickly, it doesn't play for very long.

Are there other versions where the drum break is longer? Cheers guys

I'm certain that most of Funky Drammer samples were
taken from "In The Jungle Groove" LP;

(Evvery one should have this LP!)

"In The Jungle Groove" version of "Funky Drammer" is
longer than the original single version, and features longer drum solo. (I have the original 45 Funky Drammer single too.)
The LP also contains Funky Drammer loop, which was also sampled to the death in the 90s'.

You can always look for the 1988 12" that Polydor released of "The Payback".
It has 2:54 version of Funky Drummer on the backside.
We used to use them for live turntable work.
