Hadees: You got it man. "How Gee" is the track. Thank You! Nice work on finding where they sampled the riff. I've heard the soul power tracks before but not this version. So it really wasn't a house track after all. It was funky rap. Thanks to everyone for the posts to help me track this one down.

I was looking out for exactly that! 9 years later from the time you posted this. I typed that in Google, 1 2 3 4 and then Saxophone! and indeed it was "How Gee" !! Thanks a ton guys!
