You know what I hate?

I hate when you find a nice sample and you start to **** with it, then some big name producer uses the same sample for the artist you had in mind. Now dont get it twisted, this isnt a case of stealing, but just the big name producer beat you to it.

Yep ....... it happens to all of us ....... & a thread about it comes up every few weeks. The thing is, I reckon the big name producers are also worrying that someone else might come out using the same sample before they do. I bet there have been cases where someone has withdrawn a track at the last minute & reworked it with a different sample because of this.

sounds like you need to work on making your samples un-recognizable.

just start tweakin the sample, make it sound different than that producers.. You might end up liking it more
