it finally happened....ive been waiting a better part of my life for this day to happen...

I look on craigslist, and theres a listing for 1000+ records in southwest philly..its this woman's father's records and she has no idea what she is doing. I offer 150 for the whole lot but she tells me there is a guy who lives in south philly who is on his way there right now....whoever gets their first, gets them, and i live in north philly. I have never driven so fast in my fawking life. You are probably thinking...."they were all bulls*hit records"...but noooooo nooo noo my friend... every funk and soul LP you can ever think of...

That's a nice score but that was lil **** up for that lady to do that.

If I had already talked to her and she knew I was coming, then found out she told someone else if they beat me there they could have them and they were all gone I would have been pissed that I wasted my time to go down to her place.

...well.......if someone tells you that they will buy your car for $200 or more than the person coming to see it....it is not guaranteed that the person coming is gonna buy the car so you will sell it.....that lady don't have no ties to neither one of them........she does what she has to

Back in my DJing days - about ten years back (was really into drum n bass). A friend turned up on my doorstep with crate of about 100 drum n bass 12"s. A good selection - he said he brought off 'some crack head who was going on holiday'. I didn't ask any more questions. Anyhow he let me have about 40 of em £30. I sold 5 of them to another mate to get my money back. that was a good day.
