Im new to sampling and Im itching to start diggin but there are no real record stores in my city I mean the only "record stores" around all carry well known recent expensive shit.No places that offer a variety of everything no stash in the basement NO GOOD DIGGIN SPOTS!!!
So wtf should I do.Iv'e allready considered thrift shops (lucky if they have more than 20 to choose from),garage saling?,i dunno any suggestions?

Where do you live? If you are in the us, you are probably just a short drive away from a record spot.

Like you said, hit up some Salvation Army spots. Check out your local paper for garage sales. Check out storage facilities. They always are selling off peoples stuff who can't pay their storage fees. Hell, yer on it now... use the web. Come on man, use yer noggin!

sound. Every area has a distinct sound and distinct records that are around you. Don't worry about finding New York sounding jazz loops. Do some research on your Canadian area, and bring some canadian heat.
