So I was at Prestwick airport (in scotland) the other day, where apparently was the only place in the UK Elvis ever landed. I was 3 minutes late for check in and told I couldnt get on my flight back to London. Luckily got transferred onto a later flight, but had hours to kill and no cash.

With only £8 in the bank I couldnt get any money out the ATM so I set off for the walk into Prestwick town to get the money out a bank in person.

Walked into a charity shop, couldnt see any records, so I asked the old lady who shuffled off into the back and came out holding 2 lps.

The odds were stacked against me. Damn Perry Como I thought, and sure enough one of them was.

But there it was (Part II)

mint condition and for peanuts.

Damn there must have been some aged cool cats in Prestwick.

Yes ..... I heard that about Prestwick. The one bit of UK soil Elvis ever set foot upon.

Was there a Blue Plaque at the airport?

......& George Clinton is a big Elvis fan so there is some spooky coincidence there ...... perhaps .....(maybe not!)

u know sometimes, its just instinctive... 4 whatever reason u decide to go check out a spot for wax, its because there is something there for you..... know what i mean ? ? like sometimes, at this spot i go to, dood has like 3g plus wax layin on the floor and shelves, and its just a little antique shop as big a a typical master bedroom, and he gets more crates every week... and sometimes when im there, i'll recognize a stack i already went through, but i'll be like, ' aahh, i'll just look through it anyway' and then there'll be something there that i want either that i didnt see b4, or the dood just placed it there, cuz he kinda wiered like that.. but i babble... the moral of the story is that i think we are drawn to it cuz its in ur gut... its like a feeling...

nah dont look at it like that. one mans trash is the next mans treasure. me personally, i would rather have the one nation shit. but thats just me. Youll probably make some heat with the Kool and the Gang record, and hey, i might wanna rap on it.

I wouldn't sample a major part out of a Kool & The Gang record, because they've been used a billion times. Maybe a horn stab...

I just like listening to Kool & The Gang...

I would take that as well... 8)
