Essential Records For Any Collector...?

i really dont care about original versions or anything like that as long as the music is the same and the records got a cover...im pretty new to collecting and was wondering what records almost every collector has or wants to get are...if this was hip hop i wouldnt have to ask such a question i pretty much know all that but if yall could help me wit the other genres thatd be nice

me personally is any old break that was used to make the original hiphop trcks,the drums were way a head of it's time and there still being used today,
i just love old music.
