man these pawn shops is some jackers..

talkin bout got a stack of records... wit no price n yet when i ask for price \ALL a suddent they is like $3 p/record.. N thats after they go talk to the manager in the "back" after the 2-3 at each store didn't know a price.. i copped these 2 joints for a $1.50 at high class buji shop... can you believe that? the irony kill me..

anyway the one wit the frog i thought would be on some hidden gem type ish and the one wit the gay as lookin dudes on the cover i thought was gon be garbage..



turns out the frog one was pure homo...and the one that had look like homo's turned out to be PURE fire...

got to turn em out on the st-224 jeah, baby..

oh yeah at this one pawn show they had a akai s950... man these people is fools, they ain't even know what it was.. so after i told them they like oh yeah we'll sell it for $150... bounced n came back the next day since i knew they aint' know the value of it and was like yo let me get that for $50 cash right now... i got the owner to give it to me for $50 but right before i handed my washingtons over i went to turn it on... n well all i know bout the s950 is what i get from yall... so since when powered on and nothign came on the display i figured betz not risk it and walked...

yeah i hate when they do that type of sh!t i always try to talk them down,
that works about 50% of the time.

on that 950 man i would have bought it even if it didnt work,i dont know anything on that piece , is that the rackmonut one, i've been wanting one of those shoot buy it and sell it to me for 100. i got a place in OAKLAND that will fix it, if it's broke.

just got back from ft. worth this weekend, and found some nice ones.
dude at the will rogers flea market was gettin rid of his collection for pretty cheap. mad comedy sht including like 8-9 richard pryors, flip wilsons, eddie murphy, etc...got war of the worlds, my boy got the warriors OST, and a gang of other cool sht.

also, got some goodies at the oakland thrift store, cant recall right this second, cause i mustve bought a crate.5 of wax over this past week...but while we were at this spot, some drunken hobo took a sht in the changing rooms. he was told to clean it up, but i guess he was making a bigger mess and got kicked the F out.

i went to will rogers last weekend (before xmas) and showed up while everyone was packing up. but either way, i think you should give it a shot and make sure to haggle...dont be afraid to walk away, before you know it they'll drop their prices or buy a lot. i got about 20 records for about $20. look for an old heavy metal looking dude.

im not from the town, so i was recommended those 2 by my girlfriend and her parents...who consequently gave me a wes montgomery record ('a day in the life') i was looking for out of there own collection, as a present.

sorry, don't really know of any others.
