check the phonebook. I know a couple guys in upstate that sell bulk but other than that I havnt done much diggin in NY. I am from CT. and try to stay around here because most shops are untouched for the most part. NY is full of diggers so im guessing its hard to find sellers who dont know the value of things. Try to look for some mom and pop style shops where there gunna have boxes of dusty wax for cheap. Thats where youll find the gems.

ps- also try flea markets, tag sales, thrift shops, goodwill, newspaper,craigslist.com

good luck  youll find good bits in almost any record. I pulled a tight bassline from a Latoya Jackson record last night
