Scratched Vinyl

hey. like i said in my previous thread, my grandpops gave me a whole bunch of 45's & albums. i've already cleaned em (sorry i'm poor so i used windex) but i noticed most em got MAAD scratches in em. any suggestions on working that out?

if you run your finger over then and thre scratch doesnt feel deep to where you can fel it then it will play but if you feel it then yeah it will be hard to fix
