The tune’s called Lemonsweet from an album called Circus by ‘Bagarre’ (which means ‘fight’ in French).
I think it’s Italian. Year’s 1982 and the labels called Sauvage Musique.

Ebay came up with the goods. Got it for a good price though (£8/$15) I've seen it go for quite a bit more.
