but this respect is burning compilation came out in 2000 under the astralwerks label. it came in 2XLP and also CD. Dimitri picked the joints....there's a kool stetsasonic remix on it....and believe it or not it was an official playboy licensed record

Theres a tune called Shangri-la in that first mix, with a totally lush girl group vocal arrangement, and today I scored the copy of Ultimate Breaks and Beats that has the original on it (Street Beat Records 510). Birds can't keep their arse still when this tune is on!

the man is a legend. i cant praise him enough. and i know the french rate him as well (daft punk: teachers -first name mentioned in the song. second release on crydamoure -paul johnson remixes of crydamoure 001)
