Name that track - madlib mix

The track that kicks in at 8:20 of this Madlib mix is killin me.
Im sure I have it here somewhere but I cant remember what the funk it is.

You might remember it from Jay-Z's 1st album reasonable doubt album in the form of "Brooklyn's Finest"....but if you a digger(which I am assuming you are) you know it as "Exctasy" by Ohio Players....

speaking of ohio players, i got this 45 with ohio players - i dont want to be alone and i was wondering if any of yall know if anyone has flipped the vocals on this on any tracks? i checked the breaks sample faq but it aint listed so wondering if anyone could drop some knowledge. if not then its cool just wondering so i can see if anyone else flipped it and see what they came out with

I don't know if the vocals were flipped, but the synth and guitar intro was sampled before.
