posting music samples question

howdy ya'll
so, i have a dj mix tape with a beat on it that i cant figure out what it is and i would like to post it on here for all u crate diggers in hopes that one of u will know the break. but i do not know how to post the sample on here for u to listen to. anyone care to help me out? then i'll post the sample.....please?
