Looking for a sample id

Recently I sampled something. Somebody told me it was sampled already by Agallah for 'To Whom It May Concern'. I've searched everywhere but couldn't find any info on this, and I couldn't find that track. Does anybody have this and willing to send this to me on mp3 so I van verify? Or does anybody know what was sampled for this track?

i hate that too, people should call out samples only if they 100% sure, or at least say they aren't sure
