So, I do digg a lot and love it.

Problem is that I travel a lot and would love ONE LP to take with me and not 5 and then missing some drums I would want right then.

Are there any good 'famous drum breaks collections' LPs?

are you using these records to make beats?

Use a portable USB device or DVD-R or whatever if you need samples on the go and record the samples at home. You have the CF cards as well.

Having a laptop with you is useful as well because you can store samples on there using the USB on the MPC instead.

I wouldn't use the breaks on comps like Ultimate Breaks and Beats and Dusty Fingers because everyone has them. I might use them for one shots though.

I basically chop everything up and I would prefer vinyl because it's just in my workflow.

You should look for the "Drum Drops" series . I don't know how many there are, I only have one.Honestly though I dont understand ,you say you prefer vinyl but you don't want to carry a whole lot of them. There aint no 1 record that you won't get tired off. But yeah "Drum Drops "
