Anyone know a good site to help set up turntable?

I'm talking about setting up the needle allignment, the anti-skating, and adjusting the weight on the end. I'm really having trouble with the weight so that the needle doesn't seem to be digging a deep groove into the record, also so that the needle doesn't jump at the slightest touch. As far as anti-skating, I don't really have a clue... Thanks in advance
