Yo Anybody Know This Sample?

Yo anybody know this sample it's a common record it's not some underground record I can't remember what the hell it is and I have the record somewhere it's just driving me nuts!! I will hook you up with some music if you do.

The part that says Reachin Out in the original says Reachin Out For Your Love Love Love Love and fades out.
