Join this group for old school jungle sounds.

Wilkinson is pretty big at the moment.
Then there's Nozia and Black sun Empire

If you like the Ronnie Size sound try tracks on V recordings. http://www.vrecordings.com/

Lots of good joints on the Phillies http://www.beatport.com/label/philly-blunt-records/14595

Try and put your own stamp on your tunes but still stay true to the DnB Jungle sound. I make a lot of Jungle alongside Hip-Hop, the two go well together in DJ sets too.

I like Roni Size and Dillinja's cool.

The basics is that DnB is basically breakbeats worked in uptempo Hip Hop during the late 80s. DnB is played on an even faster BPM, up to 160-180 BPM.

In other words, you sample a breakbeat and play it up tempo.

Thanks for sharing one of my videos :) Been listening to / mixing Jungle since the mid 90's and agree with many of the responses in this fine thread here!

If you are interested, I play a live radio show every Monday night from 7-9pm (EST), featuring lots of classic Jungle, original material, and 100% loop free live drumming on the MPC. I call the show Jungle Plus Drums, and it airs on jungletrain. Here is a link:

Cheers!
