Peace New York Diggers are welcome hell im from NY as well... I just happen to live in Jersey  Besides the move is to help folks and for me this is a great way to do that...Plus there are some great spots out thre and I know Im never gonna get evrything!! but dont worry I also know that we all have different taste so im not worried about who gets what..This would be a real beat mission so you should be prepared to spend all day and have fun doing so..In most spots They have TT in others I wouldnt bring anything because you dont really wanna tip these owners into gassing up the prices( even though they do it already) To me this would be about producers/Djays sharing knowledge...If all goes well I might even be interested in hosting some type of Convention for New Producers/DJays...Something different from what is out there right now..Look at it this way this would be a chance to network with your fellow producers and who knows what could come outta that!! side note:Hey im not going to drag anybody as i know this has been talked about before and I dont think it came off..If anyone has any safety issues hit me up as im not here for the bull ish I just wanna make music!!...

keep in touch as I have a better spot for you... A1 and all the NY spots that are left is cool but if you really want bang for your buck you dont digg in NY (sad to say)...Problem is everybody thinks theyre an expert and that drives up the prices!!...

theres a few dope spots up here in albany. but im in the city a decent amount. mainly on the weekends during the summer and all the time during the winter. i never said there isnt good diggin spots up here, but we were in a discussion about the nyc/jersey area.

if ur ever upstate check out "last vestige" in albany and the "river street beat shop" in troy. both are ok, vestige is hands down the best in the capital district though.

okay thats cool might be up that way soon always like a road trip... Besides to me its always better to get out than look for stuff online!! If you look for me on Youtube you will see what type of joints I get for 50 cent and not too many places are topping that!! Heck I havent even been through the whole spot or the 45ives yet!!! and this is just one place....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZqlUMtCMEk

Okay stay with me now  are you suprised??? this is a well known spot withn the industry as well as diggers the owners are hip to what we look for and have been so for a long time so of course they are not going to put what they think is worth something in the dollar bins!!! Do they have records?? of course they do but at what cost?? Im not paying over 10 bucks for anything (and that a very rare occassion)... In that neck of the woods you would do better at the Philadelphia record exchange(if its still there) or one of those shops in the South St. area..Perhaps even hitting the road and going to Delaware or Maryland... Gotta expand beyond these FANBOY spots!!! I live this Hiphop life and the only well known store I would go to was FAT BEATS!! and that was more an atmosphere thing...Over the years there were many places in the NY/NJ area to go but as we know decling sales and the Internet changed all that (God bless technology) Oh and not to mention BAADDD MUSIC in general!! however those of us who choose to do this despite the limitations will always be on the cutting edge as we do this for the love(and if the money comes thats good to) remember folks "love dont pay the bills but it will make you wanna ge up and try"...Now with that said Yea I will admitt that its easier for some people to e digg but for me there is nothing like having the actual record in hand!! so the Mission will be on and if you want to get down we can set a date and get it poppin.. those that show up will have a great time shooting the breeze, digging , and sharing ideas.. those that dont can read about it here!! Or I can always continue my 50 cent weekends alone munching my tuna sandwich and sipping on my ice tea

Go back and look at the other 3 vids...this one spot is a gold mine!!! I dont show everything but just think thats only 50 cents and the quality is not very good but excellent!!This by far is my favorite place!! if you like to digg then thats whats up ...I know some people would rather just press a button than to have to get thier fingers dirty but to some of us this is all we know!!and the excitement you get when you find something dope just cant be beat!! Especially when you start thinking about what your going to do with them when you get home..Its like when you stop at the light and you thumb through the records you bought feeling good and totally oblivious to everything else around you... and someone has to honk to get you to move (its that serious) nothing like it :D @tyrone_biggums i see you and we will link up on a mission soon...

The Record Store on Route 9 in Howell is pretty dope, find good things there some times.

There's also a surprisingly good amount of funk in the dollar bins at Jacks in Red Bank.

Most of my digging otherwise happens at my regular spots in Philly or during my trips to NYC.
