not bad thats cheaper then i have heard it go for...usually 500,
jaem did you get the software only ? and you have to buy a comp with it? or is it a full bundle package?....tells you how much i know about these things HUH?

the software is free on serato's website. its really the hardware interface that your paying the big money for, cas the control records are about 20 bucks.

the package includes 2 control vinyls, 2 control cds, a bunch of rca cables, a hardware interface, and the software and drivers.

where did youg et yours for so cheap?

it was supposed to be a trade

my mpc2kxl for serato SL1 and a 1200

the 1200 was in terrible shape..........the guy didn't wanna come off any chips so I offered $300. He took it

you can d/l the software, but its pretty useless w/o the SL1 or TTM57

I just bought a macbook pro a few weeks ago...I havent gotten much sleep this weekend and cant wait to get back to the crib....

prolly gonna upgrade to the TTM57 in a few weeks, I already got an offer for $400 for the SL1

and right now one of my 1200s is in the shop (right RCA not working), I been mixing for hours on ONE TURNTABLE!!!!!!!

This is like DJ HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your TTs go to the SL1 then line out fro SL1 to your mixer's line in

so channel 1 needs 2 RCAs and same for channel 2

I seen ppl get lazy with it to....but thing of it is it lets you work so much quicker. This leaves more time to get creative.
Generally hiphop DJs dont use loopers and effect boxes but this SL1 is about to switch up my whole style of blends and cuts to lots of looping and THEN adding blends and cuts
