^yeah I almost s*** myself after someone FINALLY put that on youtube. I was looking for that track for like 2 years. After all it was responsible for "linda tripp", easily the fiercest diss track I've ever heard and a classic beat

every time i hear of el-pee, these lines are tha first thing that comes to mind.

honestly tha only whole project i ever liked of el-pee's was tha movie score that he did for 'Bomb The System'
and even that gets wicked repetitive...

sole had a dope track and i dont even like the guy, but i'm sorry el-p killed him.

fa reals Linda Tripp is a filthy diss track. i mean jus tha convo dubbed at tha beginning sets tha tone (sole sounds like a chump) and tha one at tha end tops it off. elp's got some decent spits, it stirs a chuckle here and there, and its longer than ever... but besides that and tha dope break! everything el-pee brings ta tha table is typical of what sole calls him out on... mostly he jus builds on his flaws by using Sole's song as a blueprint... and he follows it pretty well...
I mean his over use of rappin big words jus so he sounds clever, is that style...? he barely even makes sense rhyming his words outta a dictionary and doin so it jus leads ta all of these ridiculous off tha wall analogies gone rhymed... i understand tha words that im hearing/reading but what does it all mean? theres no development jus random clever but corny hate lines. i actually went and read all tha lyrics thru a couple+ times (so i could actually grasp what he was tryin ta get across)... cause fa real i cant stand tha sound of his voice. (i hate tha signal processing effects he uses on his ish) plus tha other half tha time all el-pee talks about is himself and how dope he is...? (its a diss song thats supposed ta be aimed at Sole?)
and it even sounds like his whole 5 minute verse is line for line overdubs...ta me that equates ta little ta No FLOW...
im not necessarily a sole fan either... but something always has me pullin for tha underdog.
wit all that said (damn! and thats alot) i jus don't see el-pee bein declared tha undisputed lyrical winner.
show me some more el-pee ta impress and im all ears... sorry ta be such a hater
