looking for a certain drama sample

i am not even searching for this to put it to use but i know both samples from several places/tunes/movies ... and it makes me upset i cant remember where from and where to find em
i think an experimental breakbeat group called spring heel jack also used the first one

i am totaly familiar with both (i think they are different sources) since ages but i cant reakin find out where from

the first i thought could be a "forest of evil" lp but had no luck

second sounds like goblin to me???
