I can assure you that no thread on this forum is ever locked due to the nationality of the member posting it. I have no idea which thread you are referring to, but be aware that 'sharing' of someone else's copyrighted material is a no-no on this site - if you want to do that, so it somewhere else

Also, if you have a problem with any moderation on this forum, please feel free to PM me direct; don't start threads in the 'Crate Digger's forum - it's irrelevant.
