Pop / Rock / Modern drum kits for the Ren?

Does anyone know of any good pop drum kits available for the MPC? Most every offering out there is for hip-hop, urban, dance, etc.

Or is anyone out there using a drumming plug-in with the Ren for this type of work? Like Superior Drummer, Battery, etc?

You should check the Abbey Road Drums for Kontakt, or any virtual drummers.

Any of the virtual drummers work better in the MPC stand alone app, or?

No, the site owner here sells excellent sample packs already set up for use with most any MPC. Prices are good and the quality is high.

I definitely recommend Battery 4. Not only does it have a huge collection of sounds, the sound shaping capabilities far exceed what the Ren/Studio Drum Programs can do alone.
