Can somebody please tell me what break he uses in this beat? It's a pretty popular break but I can't find it

He definitely chopped it up. I am not going to tell you but will lead you to it. Look up "Main Source Lookin At The Front Door" find the samples, you'll find the drums.

aaaaaw man Main Source is some good shit... Fakin the Funk is that JOINT! I just realized Damu sampled the same break that Dilla sampled in The Light (I realized it before looking at this post) and that led me to it but thanks all the same... I'm gon make a dope-ass beat now

"Fakin the Funk" and "The Light" use the different drum breaks though.
"The Light" and "Looking at the Front Door" use the same drum break.
