Hiya folks!

I just finished up a free field recording sample-pack of percussive noise n ambiance from some of the anti- racist police brutality protests that happened in Oakland n Berkeley at the end of 2014. Window smashing, dumpsters rolling, people chanting, atmospheric recordings, police sirens, footsteps, clapping, mixed and mastered with the aim of providing percussive material for beat-heads and electronic composers to re-sample and use to craft their own riddims. Hammers to a Wells Fargo ATM turn into heavy sub-kicks, tear gas canisters into noisy snares, chants into loop able vocals, hi-hats from re-appropriated champagne pops, and so on.

it's all 24 bit, WAV, mono and up on Bandcamp.

here's the link!
