some useful info on sampling

i got one question how do these dudes that are big in the underground doit

theres ways around yhis sh!t right,
what if you stay strickly underground and record on indie labels
they still can come after you right.

well thats phuked up , no one listens to these songs they dont even play them on the radio, not even AM .

I think they get around it by having a person come in and replay the sample(interpolation). Im not sure what it costs if a song contains an interpolation, if anything, but thats one way around it.

i say **** it all, and worry about it when it happens. If you get that big to where they notice, then hire someone to interpolate.

If you get busted and you are small time, then your gonna get noticed anyways, and your on your way anyways, scrap the track, and only release it on underground mixtapes.
