over 600 record went to watse =( ~~nightmare story

my boys father was cleaning out the gararge and he is a huge vinyl collector but he was throwing out the records that had messed up covers becuase they werent worth so my calls me and said give me 50$ and gta3 for them all he said there was 623 recods and his pops had all the names writtend down in a book ,i was like hell yea hes liek igh im gonna leave them by the door in garbage bags come get them tomo morning ,..........im hyped im gettin aa bunch of records go to sleep and i wake up to a rain storm by the time i got to his house the records were all muddy and the covers were pleeing and dripping ink and ii was like hel nawwwwww i was determined so i took about half with me in my truck ,they smelt like sower mil the smell was to over powering and they were all **** up i was tight as hell man
all you diggers no how it is but dam man over 600 records

yea i feel u i managed to keep about 30 which is still coo
but alot of them were pressed together and they had mudd and leaves stuck on them and they skipped when i dropped a needle

I got half my collection from Hurricane damaged records, A little soap and water and you can clean them up enough to sample from.

i think i ight have about 200 in my basment if they didnt throw em out im gonna try to clean em

man, i found almost 150 records in an alley in a rainstorm and they work perfect
