intro's

I've been trying to find out where I can find stuff like this, and I've had no luck on vinyl. The kind of thing where an MC introduces the band or the singer introduces the song kinds like "We're gonna play the song I think you've been waiting for..." you know what I mean? like some speakeasy nightclub type shit from the 20's? help me out...

get some scratch records from a dj shop, they are online. there is usally some shit on em that is like that.

i dunno man...I don't have too many battle records, but none really have any of the kind of tuff I need on there...there's a lot of 70's funk snippets and old school hip hop battle snips...but none of the old crooner stuff...you know?

Live albums... Especially 70s Rock and Funk cause they were usually recorded straight through really raw.... Unlike the chopped up and overprocessed Live albums of the current day...

yo be buying the wrong scratch records, because there out there, are you trying dirtstyle records, flare breaks, hamster breaks, there out there you just got to dig.
