just got back from there. Dope, they got 12 inch singles(accapellas) for like $1.50 alot of breaks and sh*t, good environment

Ya, mostly new, alot of used hip hop 12 inches for like $1.99. There is a really dope place in sant monica with listening stations, its on pico blvd near the 405 fwy. called "record surplus"

Damn, I was just in LA last weekend and it was pourin like hell over there...and I'm from Seattle! Traffic was all crazy n sh*t. Only got to visit fat beats....I wanted to go Stacks but didn't have much time. Comin back for a diggin excursion soon..

Don't sleep on Stacks. Its owned by DJ-Icey Ice of the Beat Junkies. They always got the ill in-stores and its not uncommon to run into your favorite dee-jay up in there. They got mad hip hop shit...old and new.
