Its sampled from Steven Halpern - Zodiac Suite. I just bought this record and found out Shadow used it.
How cool is that 
Thats the fifth (even more) time I come acros a sample on wax or in a movie wich Shadow used.. He does sample a lot
The Zodiac Suite is awesome. Great atmospheric sounds and beautiful Rhodes
