Oh snap, can't get enough

So the other night i was putting this beat together and I was looking for a female "ooooohh" sample so i start grabbin random female vocal records, Joan Armatrading, Joni Mitchell etc. When i pulled this 2lp Joni Mitchell album off the shelf I feel a record start to fall out of the bottom. Figured it was a busted cover, but when i went to grab a record out i noticed there was a third record in the middle. Turns out it was a copy of Barry White's "Can't get enough". I didn't even know i had that. Not groundbeaking but a nice surprise.

You guys got any nice stories like that? And switchin records at the store don't count.

yeah i've found some squish'd jay's and some of those paper plastic porn records

found a pretty good condition gil scott-heron pieces of a man in a temptations 1990 sleeve that was sitting on my shelf for a year...always nice to find shit like that

picked up temptations cloud nine record at garage sale and when i got home in the sleeve was the trouble man soundtrack!

i always pull the vinyl out before i buy, but it's in the inside were you find some good stuff as well some 45's usually

the best used record spot up here always looks inside each sleave when they ring you up, checkin for that shyt.

can't always get away with things record stores do that but thrifts just pull out the vinyl to chck if theres a price on it, but most just go by the price on the cover.
