Hey do anybody now of some old(40s 50s) jazz records...cuz ive been hearng how dope bassists and other samples our in the records..thanks for the help peace

start diggin. go dig through some crates and look for dates, "(40s 50s)" on the labels. and usually most jazz records have some type of indication on the label letting you know its jazz.

heres where you got to do your homework kid, study the liner notes and the other artist in the bands:

emArcy
stan kenton

look for these bassist:
Richard davis
Charlie duke

those bands i mention'd are pretty nice for what yoyur lookinfor but thats the name of the bands i cant tellyou the name of the album cuz thats my secret. and you need to do some home work or your not going to learn what to look for you dig!!!!!
