Vinyl Mongers...HELP!!

Fellow Beat Cowboys and Butchers...I am looking for the name of the song that has the intro that goes--->...." I......And the MAGNIFICENT!!"<---in that old a$$ Reverb style.

Anybody know the name of the Original Song? I know it came out in the 60's cause my uncle use to play it alot. I have heard this sample in several songs in particular a Biz Markee song that I can't recall the name of. I know some of you guys know what I'm talkin bout. Holla back.
