I must say I've been fortunate enough to come across good samples from buying crates at flea markets and garage sales, but does anyone in New Jersey have any suggestons as to where I can find more vinyl- Like any record shops or good spots... salvation army, or anything? someone?!?!?!?

I know theres a record shop called Princeton Exchange, but they're a lil pricey...I've hit up there 1 dollar shelf but hardly ever come across anything there...I'll blow like a good 50 bux on dollar records and only find 3 samples at the most and not even solid stuff...very upsetting

I also know in East Brunswick theres a small lavender colored house down the street on rt 18 from the guitar center, and they sell used video games and vinyl.....

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where in NJ I can find more vinyl....I like to sample Horns and trumpets...Progressive Rock (That hard hittin sh*t like what Just Blaze , Kanye, Alchemist, and others have taken samples from ) , soul & whateva else has good weird synths or crazy sh*t to chop up or loop... aNYONE got any ideas?

I'm starting to come to the conclusion that I must not be diggin well..but at the same time I've Kept a list of What artists are good, what year the album came out, what instruments were used, the record label, and if any of the other artists featured on the albums have there own stuff or if they've collabed on other ppls projects... Share ya thoughts, Help ya boy out.. Peace

Instead of buying 50 $1.00 joints why not try buying 5 $10.00 records or 2 $25 records!

@OP: I've seen a spot in Elizabeth in Monroe Ave. Near the train station where all the Colombians be around. You can see the records from the sidewalk in the store.

I guess if he didn't found a store since 2006 he probably gave up diggin.
