turntable scenario

right now i have my pc, mixer, and an m-audio quattro as my soundcard. it has 4 ins and 4 outs. i want to get a turntable for a very low price under $200 probably. i've read about the few portables and it's basically a toss up about sound quality. what i need to know is if i got one of these, would i go from the line out to my quattro?

also if anyone has the ion usb one, how is the sound quality?

i got technics in the studio but i also have a pt-01 (numark) for diggin and living room use. i've taken my mpc up to the living room a few times and sampled from the pt-01 and it worked fine. they cost around/ under $100.
